The Upromise program presents us with another way to reach our customers and touch their lives in a postive way.
Coldwell Banker joined the Upromise network of companies to help families accelerate their college savings plans or reduce student loan debt. Through the Upromise program, one third of one percent of the sales price of a home bought or sold through Coldwell Banker Currier and Lazier Realtors will be deposited into a registered consumer's designated college savings account or applied to any outstanding Sallie Mae student loan debts.
The Upromise program offers home buyers and sellers a chance to build their own network of parents, grandparents, aunts, and friends and Coldwell Banker Currier and Lazier is proud to be a part of that network.
